[TERMS]·Legal

Terms of service

[EFFECTIVE 3 AUGUST 2026]

These terms govern your use of this website. They are deliberately short and readable — the substance of any working relationship lives in the engagement contract we sign with you, not here.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.

Who we are

This site is operated by Cybepulse LLC, a software engineering and cybersecurity company registered in the Republic of Kosovo with the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK), with offices at Rruga B, Prishtina, Kosovo. We trade as Cybepulse.

"We", "us", and "our" mean Cybepulse LLC. "You" means anyone using the site.

Using this site

You may view, browse, and print pages from this site for your own information and for evaluating whether to work with us. That permission does not transfer any ownership.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation.
  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content for republication or for training a model.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the site's availability — including denial-of-service attempts, automated flooding, or circumventing rate limits.
  • Introduce malware, or anything else designed to damage or compromise the site or its users.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any organisation when contacting us.

No professional advice, no engagement

Everything on this site is general information about what we do. It is not security, engineering, legal, or compliance advice for your situation, and it should not be relied on as such. Your systems have specifics that a marketing page cannot account for.

Reading this site, sending an enquiry, or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to anything. An engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement setting out scope, price, and terms — and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

Enquiries you send us

When you submit the contact form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. We aim to reply within one business day, but we do not guarantee a reply and we may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Do not send confidential material, credentials, secrets, or sensitive personal data through the form. Treat it as an unsecured channel until we have agreed a secure one. Unsolicited ideas, proposals, or specifications you send us are not treated as confidential unless we have signed an NDA covering them.

We handle what you send in line with our privacy policy at https://cybepulse.com/privacy-policy.

Security testing and disclosure

We test systems for a living, so we will be direct: do not test ours without written permission. Unauthorised scanning, fuzzing, brute forcing, or exploitation of this site is a breach of these terms and, in most jurisdictions, of the law.

If you find a vulnerability, we want to hear about it. Report it to security@cybepulse.com with enough detail to reproduce it, give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing, and do not access, modify, or exfiltrate any data that is not yours. Researchers who act in that spirit have our thanks and will not be pursued by us.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, layout, code, graphics, and marks — belongs to Cybepulse LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse it beyond the permission described above.

Work produced inside an engagement is different. Code and infrastructure we build for you land in your repositories and your accounts, and ownership is governed by the engagement contract — not by this page.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the site up, but we provide it without any uptime commitment. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms. Service levels for client systems are agreed separately in writing and are not affected by this clause.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including those of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from error. Case studies, metrics, and testimonials describe past work and are not a promise of a comparable outcome for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from an engagement is dealt with in that engagement's contract.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and the competent courts of Prishtina have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections available under the law of your country of residence.

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the clause is read down to the minimum extent needed to make it valid.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our services change. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
